Cancellation Policy
AAPTE notification of a cancellation can be as late as 6:00 am the day of the event for courses starting @ 9:30 AM and as late as 3 Hours prior to the start time of an evening course. All courses canceled due to weather will be rescheduled at a later date. Students will receive notice of the rescheduled class within 2 days of the canceled clinic. Students not able to attend the rescheduled date will receive a credit to apply toward another CEC course. There are no refunds due to weather cancellations. Registrant Cancellation

The Academy has a No - Refund Policy. Notice of cancellation and rescheduling requests received within 24 hours prior to a clinic, will be eligible to receive a tuition credit, less a 15% cancellation fee. All tuition credits must be redeemed within one year of the original course date. Cancellation notice / rescheduling requests must be sent to the Academy by registered land mail, emailed to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Lateness Policy for Continuing Education Clinics: There is a 15-minute grace period for lateness. After 15-minutes credits will be deducted from the total credit value of the course based on credits per hour.

Registration Confirmation: Confirmations will be via email. Please check spam folder.

Course Location: The Academy may from time to time have to change the location of the course due to unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified no later than 24 hrs in advance of such change by email and phone (if possible). Course relocation is not a reason for a refund.
