  • This is a 1to1 educational program designed to increase your understanding of resistance training mechanics and exercise. The program consists of eight, one to one training sessions where you are the student, trainer, and client. Each session will consist of fundamental to progressive theory and hands on training. This course is intended to expand upon your current level of knowledge and practical (hands on) application skill. We will explore the mechanics of resistance training exercises as they apply to the skeletal and muscular system. Upon completion of this course, candidate will receive a Level -1 Professional Development in Resistance Training Exercise Certificate. 7.0 CECs By appointment – Flexible Schedule
