This course is designed for the fitness professional who desires an in-depth understanding to pathological conditions that can lead to dysfunction of the lower extremity (hip and knee joint will be discussed).
Through a thorough discussion students will review fundamental anatomy, joint function - normal and abnormal perspectives, with an emphasis on how acute and chronic stresses can cause pain, trauma inflammation, and pathology, which lead to dysfunction and mechanical deviations.
