This course will discuss the mechanics, benefits, and, applications of tubing compared to traditional resistance training exercise. Additionally, we will practice (hands-on participation is encouraged) dynamic methods of resistance training exercise using tubing, Swiss Ball, Bosu, and body-weight exercises.
