Whether it is social, physical, environmental, emotional, or psychological, stress is a part of everyday life – but too much stress or how one perceives stress can be debilitating, paralyzing, and bad for our health.

On the other hand, stress can also motivate us to get organized, to be more social, try new things, and push to higher levels of achievement. In many ways human physiology is affected eustress and distress. This course will help you identify the downside(s) and the upside(s) of stress and reflect upon your stress management and relaxation strategies and become more effective in handling everyday pressures in a meaningful and productive way. This knowledge is essential to your clients achieving a greater level of health, this course will provide insights and strategies you can implement with clients.
