Bodyweight - Tubing - Bosu Training

This course will discuss the mechanics, benefits, and, applications of tubing compared to traditional resistance training exercise. Additionally, we will practice (hands-on participation is encouraged) dynamic methods of resistance training exercise using tubing, Swiss Ball, Bosu, and body-weight exercises. This course focuses on utilizing everything but free weights & machines. 5.25 AAPTE CEC's

The course includes an hour of home study content.


  1. Learn creative methods of using tubing and body weight to create safe, effective, and efficient exercise
  2. Learn how to assess the safety and effectiveness of a bodyweight exercise
  3. Perform resistance training exercises with multiple directions of force
