Martial Art Exercise Fitness Class

A practical application fitness routine that offers an alternative to the traditional resistance training exercise. Consists of exercises that mimic the movements of Jiu-Jitsu and Karate and can be modified for various fitness abilities.

 

Kyoshi Chester Indiviglio, an AAPTE-certified Personal Trainer and 6th degree Black Belt American Combat Karate and Black Belt Brazilian Jiu-jitsu brings AAPTE  an alternative to the traditional resistance training exercise.

Chester’s passion for fitness began over 30 years ago when he started in his martial arts training.  With his extensive background in the martial arts Chester has learned that this discipline can be an exercise form that inspires and encourages clients in engaging in physical activity that offers an alternative to traditional training styles. Through this 45 min fitness routine that consists of exercises that mimic the movements of Jiu-Jitsu and Karate. The class also offers modifications for various fitness abilities.

Physical and practical application.

Students must attend the morning class and will need AAPTE clearance prior to participation.  Contact tcordova@aapte.org for clearance.
