MUSCLES & MOTION - CHEST AND BACK

This course is very different from our other courses in that there is no formal PowerPoint presentation of sciences. It was created for a hands-on skill building experience (VERBAL, TACTILE and MECHANICAL) 100% of the course is on the GYM floor doing practical hands-on.

The participant will experience a variety of resistance training exercise for the CHEST AND BACK muscles. We focus on methods of cueing and practical hands-on skill building to create an unmatched exercise experience in the GYM. This course is directed toward giving the participant an increased understanding of ARM AND SHOULDER MUSCULATURE exercise application and methods of cueing through hands-on training.

Objectives:

  1. Learn to assess, set-up and progress the exercise.
  2. Understand how and when to manipulate and alter exercise mechanics to improve movement efficiency and adaptive responses.
  3. Influence movement patterns and muscle contraction action through cueing.
