Bodyweight - Tubing - Bosu Training

This course will discuss the mechanics, benefits, and, applications of tubing compared to traditional resistance training exercise. Additionally, we will practice (hands-on participation is encouraged) dynamic methods of resistance training exercise using tubing, Swiss Ball, Bosu, and body-weight exercises. This course focuses on utilizing everything but free weights & machines. 2.5 AAPTE CEC's


  1. Learn creative methods of using tubing and body weight to create safe, effective, and efficient exercise
  2. Learn how to assess the safety and effectiveness of a bodyweight exercise
  3. Perform resistance training exercises with multiple directions of force
