- The initial client consults- health screening and client assessments
- Program design- developing a safe and effective exercise program
- Program implementation – modification-progression/regression
- Practical application of theoretical bio-mechanical principles
- Qualities of Effective Trainers
The participant will learn:
- How to engage with clients to achieve appropriate results
- How to create an exercise prescription and program for safe and effective cardiorespiratory and strength training
- How to program for a variety of fitness levels based on a client-defined approach.
