Jean-Daniel is a former high school and college athlete who always has had an interest in sports and fitness. Having struggled on and off with weight for many years he decided to get back in the fitness world. He is experienced in assessing clients’ fitness needs and in implementing strength training, cardiovascular conditioning and exercise for weight loss programs. Daniel is passionate about leading and motivating his clients to obtain the results they seek. He looks forward to inspire athletes of all levels and abilities whether beginners, special needs, advanced or seasoned athletes. Daniel is also a culinary school and restaurant trained and experienced chef and keeps in mind the importance of foods in order to give a holistic approach to his clients’ fitness approach. He speaks French, Spanish and English fluently.
